Repairs

Do you hear a funny noise? If something is not working or doesn't feel right be sure to explain before the tuning. Sometimes a quick and easy repair can save your piano from trouble down the line

Pitch raises

If your piano requires a pitch raise it is going to require more time and effort than a standard tuning. If your piano hasnt been tuned in years it is so flat that tuning can not be done in one pass. The purpose of a pitch raise is to bring up the tension levels of the strings before starting the tune. Having your piano tuned once a year will prevent it from requiring a pitch raise.

Regulation

Sometimes the feel or response of the action is not working correctly and requires the regulation of one or all of the keys. This is more time consuming, and will usually require an additional visit.
